Using evidence-based treatment modalities such as functional activities, purposeful movement and engaged communication, our team will strive to improve neuroplasticity to maximize an individual’s quality of life.

Investing in our Youth

Legacy Rehabilitation recognizes that investing in our Youth is not only a valuable contribution to our community but an opportunity to share in, assist with and contribute to the learning and development of our young people. When possible, Legacy will employ Summer Students as well as provide opportunities to Practicum Students from a variety of college and university programs to facilitate opportunities for on-the-job learning and training.

Giving Back to the Community

Legacy Rehabilitation is dedicated to working with the Team Jigger Foundation, the City of Lacombe and greater Central Alberta to increase accessibility to experienced neurological rehabilitation professionals. Legacy Rehabilitation will be an advocate for and contribute to the building of community infrastructure that fosters inclusion and enriches the lives of individuals with disabilities.

In addition, Legacy Rehabilitation is committed to giving back to charitable organizations, participating in local fundraisers and providing access to rehabilitation services to underprivileged or underfunded individuals.

At Legacy, we’re proud to be the first private clinic in Central Alberta focused on neurological rehabilitation. Based in Lacombe, we offer personalized care through occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech-language pathology, and kinesiology.
